(1) The Assembly may delegate certain powers to the Executive Council or the Vice-Chancellor as necessary out of the powers it has received under this Act or the rules made under this Act.

(2) The Executive Council may delegate this Act or According to the rules made under the Act, some rights may be delegated to any official of the university or any committee of the university as necessary. may delegate to the Council.

(4) The Service Commission may delegate some of its powers to any committee of the University as required out of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
